We are seeking a Front Office Manager at Renaissance Shoals Resort & Spa, you’ll be the face of our hotel, ensuring guests receive the highest level of service from check-in to check-out. You’ll manage all aspects of front office operations, including guest service, reservations, and staff leadership. Your role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for excellent service, providing a memorable experience, and contributing to our goals of guest satisfaction and hotel profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience Excellence: Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere that exceeds expectations.
Front Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, reservations, and guest inquiries.
Guest Relations: Address guest concerns and complaints with professionalism, efficiency, and empathy, ensuring resolution to satisfaction.
Financial Management: Monitor front office cash flow, room rates, and billing procedures, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and in compliance with hotel policies. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and smooth operations.
