Job DescriptionMinor Hotels is excited to announce the opening of Queens Wharf Residences and is looking for a dedicated and experienced Front Office Manager to lead our front office team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Provide an exceptional guest welcome experience by upholding service excellence and ensuring front office and reception operations run smoothly.Greet guests upon arrival, ensuring they are comfortably settled into their rooms.Foster professional, clear, and honest communication to assist guests and manage accurate bookings.Lead and support your team in delivering outstanding guest experiences and welcoming services.Ensure all daily tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time.Address and resolve guest concerns in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.Maintain accurate guest accounts and contribute to daily reporting processes.Effectively manage team scheduling to meet budgetary requirements.Assist the Hotel Manager with recruitment efforts to build a strong, customer-focused team.QualificationsTo be successful in this role you will have:
Minimum 2+ years experience at a supervisor level within a Hotel environmentExceptional people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse teamExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude.Understanding of Trust accountingA passion for delivering exceptional, pro-active customer service.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAvailability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
