Front Office Manager - Franchise
Job Requirements

Hotel 1000 is seeking a skilled Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk and guest services. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer service, manage reservations, and coordinate guest relations in a hotel or resort setting. Luxury experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

- Manage all front office operations including check-in, check-out, concierge services and valet parking

- Supervise front desk staff and conduct training sessions to align with Forbes service standards

- Ensure efficient handling of reservations, cancellations, and room assignments

- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain high guest satisfaction

- Oversee night audit procedures and ensure accuracy in financial transactions

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience

Qualifications

- Proven experience in front desk operations or similar role within the hospitality industry

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office applications

- Multilingual proficiency is a plus to cater to diverse guests

- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional correspondence

-OnQ experience preferred
