We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Office Specialist to be the welcoming face of our medical office. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming telephone calls, greeting and registering patients, and ensuring all charts and paperwork are meticulously prepared and filed. Your expertise will also be vital in managing check-out functions, including reviewing encounter form data, collecting co-payments, scheduling follow-up appointments, and performing daily bank deposits and day-end reconciliation duties. Some locations may also require you to complete charge/receipt-entry and charge-receipt summaries for all office-related services.

Job Requirements:

High School Degree or GED (Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree)

3-4 years of experience in a related field

Job Overview:
