Job DescriptionMinor Hotels is thrilled to announce the highly anticipated opening of Queens Wharf Residences, and we are searching for an enthusiastic and skilled Front Office Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an incredible opportunity for a customer service expert to play a key role in the launch of our stunning new property in Brisbane and contribute to an exciting chapter for Minor Hotels.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Lead and inspire the front office team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, ensuring each guest is welcomed with warmth and professionalism.Serve as a role model, sharing your expertise and driving the team to consistently uphold the highest standards of service excellence.Oversee the execution of daily tasks, ensuring they are completed with precision and efficiency.Manage guest arrivals and departures seamlessly, delivering a smooth and memorable check-in/check-out experience.Proactively address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism, ensuring a lasting impression of exceptional service.Hourly Rates (excluding super)
Monday - Friday: $36.09 per hour
Saturday: $36.09 per hour
Sunday: $43.31 per hour
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
