As the Office Supervisor at our milk production facility, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the office and ensuring effective communication and coordination among various departments. You’ll lead a team of administrative professionals, oversee office procedures, and support the overall functioning of our facility. 

 

The position will be based in San Leandro, CA and the expected salary range is $90,000 - $105,000.  

Main responsibilities 

Supervise and manage the administrative team, providing guidance and support in their daily activities. 

Oversee office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.  

Coordinate communication between departments to facilitate smooth workflows and address any operational needs.  

Manage office budgets, supplies, and inventory to ensure all resources are readily available.  

Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.  

Assist with payroll and human resources functions, including onboarding new employees.  

Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy access to information.  

Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.  

Participate in meetings and assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.  

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. 

 

What we are searching for  

 

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred).  

Previous experience in an office supervisory or administrative role, preferably in a food production environment. 

 Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).  

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.  

Ability to lead and motivate a team while fostering a positive work environment.  

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and support various administrative functions.
