Front Office - Team Leader フロントオフィス チームリーダー

Under the general guidance and direction of the Front Office Manager, or

appointed delegate, and within the limits of established Andaz Tokyo policies,

procedures and departmental standards manual, is responsible for participating in

l activities of the front office, including door duty, luggage handling and cashiering,

and for supervising and co-ordinating all activities pertaining to the Front Office

operation.

Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
