We are currently looking for Front Service/Houseperson to join our Team! An official Universal Orlando Partner Hotel, our Home2 Suites is located off I-4, minutes from shopping, dining, and entertainment on International Drive. We're one mile from Universal Orlando and 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport. We are an all- suite hotel, with 121 comfortable and spacious rooms to serve our guests. We serve a daily free hot breakfast before riding our guests ride free scheduled shuttle to Universal Orlando Resort. The Home2 Suites is one of the 50 hotel properties owned and managed by the award-winning hotel management company, Buffalo Lodging Associates.

As Front Service the ideal person is responsible for helping to achieve ongoing guest satisfaction by maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of public areas and corridors of the hotel during the overnight shifts.  2 Overnight shifts – 11pm to 7am as Front Service ($17.00 per hour) and 3 shifts 3pm to 11pm as Houseperson ($16.00 per hour)

Responds to guest requests in a prompt and courteous manner. Stocks room attendant carts and supplies Cleans furniture, elevators, glass etc., in public areas such as lobby, pool, public restrooms. Tends laundering machines – to provide ample linen supplies for morning shift. Assists with various housekeeping and maintenance duties as assigned by supervisor.

What You Bring:

High School diploma or equivalent 2 Years Experience laundry or housekeeping Hotel Experience a plus Excellent Customer Service Able to work overnight shift 11pm to 7am (and weekends and holidays) Hotel brand Experience a plus
