Start Rate: $24.00/hour | Full-Time | evening shift | For Current Front Services Associates Only
Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Front Services Shift Manager implements strategic plans of programs and staff training to ensure the highest quality of guest service. The Front Services Shift Manager supports the Front Services Resort Manager and deputizes in your absence. You will report to the Front Services Resort Manager.
Primary Tasks:
1. You will develop and deliver credible, competitive, value-plus service to the customer.
2. Ensure needs are met to promote exceptional guest service to all guests.
3. You will inspect all equipment for maintenance problems.
4. Develop comprehensive standard facility operations manual, including written procedures for all facility services, administration, and maintenance.
5. You will resolve guest complaints and follow up on guest comments. Notify senior management or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft.
6. Manage the Hotel Front Service teams to include efficient staffing, associate training, performance management and policy enforcement.
7. You will monitor guest satisfaction with surveys, focus groups and comment cards.
8. Handle guest/team member disputes.
9. You will support the hiring, training, and management of daily operations including opening and closing procedures, facility inspections, cash handling procedures and general facility maintenance.
10. Prepare schedules and reports.
11. Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License
Prior Supervisory experience
Five plus (5+) years related experience with three plus (3+) years in supervisory capacity
