Frontend Developer (m/f/d)

Our */dxg DevHub for international projects within Wolters Kluwer is looking for a Frontend Software Engineer.

Your responsibilities
•    Developing re-usable components, services and libraries to be used in large research applications
•    Optimizing components and services for maximum performance
•    Implementing new customer facing features using React.js
•    Staying abreast of current trends and technologies, introducing them into the internal development process


Our requirements
•    A minimum of 4 years of experience in Software Development
•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience, from a four-year college or university, or equivalent
•    Familiarity with TypeScript and new specifications of EcmaScript
•    2 or more years of experience developing with React.js
•    Node.js experience
•    Passionate about latest trends in service-oriented technology with a strong desire for innovation
•    Experience with agile software development methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)


Optional
•    Experience with RESTful/OData GraphQL services and development frameworks
•    Experience with AWS cloud technologies
•    Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies, SAFE
•    Understanding of DevOps principles
•    Experience in content retrieval, search, or publishing systems
•    experience working with offshore developers
