We are looking for a motivated and experienced Frontend Engineer (m/f/d) to join Team Business Development Technical Services (BDTS) in our new Global Business Excellence Domain.

Flix' success is based on long-term partnerships with our bus partners with whom we share responsibilities for cost and revenues. The BDTS team develops a new web application to support our bus partner managers in minimizing productions costs and hence in improving the profitability of our partnership.

You will join a growing, cross-functional and product-focused team and own its frontend development. The product is being used by various internal business stakeholders across the globe and has a profound impact on our vision to provide green and affordable mobility to everyone.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green You drive the frontend development of our application. You are responsible to design, develop, test, deploy, run, maintain and monitor your frontend services. You help us to build quality into our product and deliver value to our users. You feel at home in an agile environment and contribute to shaping the end-to-end development process. You are a true team player working closely with the whole team, pairing up or working together in an ensemble, and constantly sharing knowledge. You enjoy communication with our internal users and stakeholders. Your Profile – Ready to hop on board You bring at least 3 of experience working as a Frontend Engineer. You are proficient in JavaScript and its ecosystem including package managers, bundlers, linters, etc.. You have experience with React, Redux, TypeScript, SCSS and Jest. GraphQL knowledge is a plus. 
You ideally also have some experience with other frameworks (e.g. Angular) You understand how an API is built, and you are open to discuss, design, built and evolve the product together with all members of the team. You consider automated tests as an essential part of your day-to-day work.  You have experience with DevOps practices or are willing to learn those. You enjoy working within an Agile setup. You want to know your domain and your customers to best be able to lead technology-powered innovation.
