Frontline Leader – Colorado Springs, CO
Leads team members in the assembly and test of electronic and mechanical components and assemblies. Lead and perform assignments and specific tasks for the department. This position has responsibilities in administration, production, assembly, process set-up, workflow, work scheduling, work assignments, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities within the work group.
What You Will Do:
Ensures associates comply with all safety regulations and business processes.Lead production teams to meet requirements for quality, delivery, quantity, and cost.Must be able to develop strong working relationships with associates. Be able to counsel and coach team members on how to research and implement problem solving ideas. Must be able to coach and motivate teams and team members to perform to their maximum potentialTrains employees on various assembly and testing processes.Be able to develop strong working relationships with associates. Prior experience leading teams in a fast paced production environment is highly desiredPrior experience in electronic and mechanical assembly operationsStrong organizational skills – including multiple tasks with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work loadsAble to incorporate analytical and problem solving skills using available data and material management toolsHave a strong mathematical and quantitative skills – including strong communication skills; both verbal and writtenAbility to learn and use multiple manufacturing business systems.Ability to use MS Access, Word, and Excel helpful.Available to perform overtime when required.Candidate must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.Must have good listening skills and the ability to work effectively with team members.Must possess basic math and reading skills.Why Work for Us?

This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
