The Position
As a Frontline Training Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:
Facilitate learning experiences and develop innovative, digital training strategies for frontliners, including new product launches.
Plan, implement, and manage global and regional training programs, ensuring alignment with individual, departmental, and organisational needs.
Create and maintain training materials, calendars, and manuals while organising events such as the Frontliner convention.
Collaborate with P&O and commercial teams to identify talent and support team development through coaching and functional skill-building.
Monitor training data, metrics, and budgets to drive continuous improvement and high performance.
Qualifications
We are looking for the following attributes:
Academic Degree in psychology, business administration, communication or related field to education.
Proficiency in learning design, instructional techniques, facilitation and coaching.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the position leading training, learning and development, or related fields (including commercial).
Desirable knowledge and experience in Argentinean healthcare and pharmaceutical environment.
Fluency in English - written & spoken.
About the Department
You will join our team in Argentina, supporting the management of the organisation's human resources. Activities include developing human resource management strategies and policies to meet business needs; planning, administering and reviewing activities concerned with recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, mobility, talent acquisition, diversity, talent management and organisation development. We design, develop, implement and evaluate function-specific training programs and act as a centre of expertise and instructional designer in the design and development of new functional training programs. The atmosphere is collaborative and supportive, ensuring that all training activities are effectively scheduled, managed, and delivered.
