**Job Title: Fry Tech Operator - 3rd Shift** **Job Description** As a Fry Tech Operator on the 3rd shift, you will oversee various operations including Alpma machines, brine systems, filling forms, and ensuring cleanliness and sanitation in compliance with our high standards. You will manage and operate specific machinery in the production line, follow all safety, sanitation, and production procedures, ensure accurate record-keeping and quality control, and communicate effectively with team members and management. **Responsibilities** + Oversee operations of Alpma machines, brine systems, and filling forms. + Manage and operate specific machinery in the production line. + Follow all safety, sanitation, and production procedures. + Ensure accurate record-keeping and quality control. + Communicate effectively with team members and management. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of machine operating experience (GMP preferred). + Experience with packaging machine operation. + Ability to adjust feeds and speeds. + Proficiency in change overs and troubleshooting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with filling machines. + Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). **Why Work Here?** Join a team of good people in a good culture. The environment is temperature controlled (no refrigeration).
