Job Details:
This position is responsible for operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of products through the production process and ensuring proper ingredients/supplies are being used on the line. Responsible for monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed and notifying the supervisor if machines should require maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the overall operation of the fryerSet up fryer prior to startupFill fryer with oil. Set oil temperature & dwell time according to product specsMonitor filters, temperatures, and dwell time throughout the shiftWork with supervisor and other team members to maintain smooth product flow from the front end into the freezerCarry Mueller outside the production area to be dumpedDrain fryer at end of shiftMust comply with all hygiene practices and safety procedures at all timesOther duties may be assigned by the supervisorREQUIREMENTS
Must be able to perform essential job functions to standard within 15 daysMust be able to work flexible hours and some weekendMust be able to lift up to 75 lbs.Must be able to work in a cold & wet environmentMust observe all required hygiene & safety procedures at all timesMust be able to stand for the entire shiftJob requires bending, lifting, twisting, & turning.Must set an example for other team members to comply with all policiesCompensation: $17.45/hr
