FSQA Supervisor Job Description As a QA Supervisor, you will monitor process control, raw and packaging materials, quality checks, and GMP compliance. You will analyze and evaluate various quality reports and trends, developing corrective actions and proactive plans as needed. Additionally, you will provide training and coaching to assigned Quality Technicians and employees. You will also lead in an environment of continuous improvement to maximize operating efficiencies with adherence to all quality standards. Interaction with outside governmental agencies such as the USDA, FDA, and State Department of Agriculture will be required. You will coordinate internal audit requirements and be responsible for creating and managing assigned budgets. Other miscellaneous projects and duties may be assigned. Qualifications + Degree in Science or related field + Minimum of 3-5 years food/beverage quality systems experience + Leadership or project management experience is required Job Type This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
