Principal Accountabilities 

Ensure food safety guidelines are followed at all timesEnsure compliance with regulations and specifications of incoming raw materials and outgoing products throughput all processes Enforce and audit Good Hygiene PracticesEvaluate and verify production practices that ensure quality productsAll other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications 

Must be eligible to work in the united states without visa sponsorship Must be 18 years or olderHigh School Diploma or equivalency requiredMust have good math skillsMust be able to read and write English fluentlyStrong computer skills/knowledgeKnowledge of production processes helpfulMust be a self-starter and have good communication skillsAccuracy, precision, and dependability are a necessityMust be willing to work overtime and weekends as neededExcellent attendance and safety records requiredMust be willing to cross-train to work in other areas of FSQR coverage Must be able to work in cold/damp and hot/humid environmentsMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Must work well alone or as a team player

Preferred Qualifications 

Associate or Bachelor degreePrevious experience in food / meat plant environmentHACCP trainingComputer knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
