This position includes walking and/or standing for long periods of time + Correlate with production with out of spec parameters. (Must be able to conduct oneself in a professional manner) + Write Food Safety Corrective Action reports for deviations when needed + Conduct root cause analysis for deviations **Required Qualifications** + Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship + Must be 18 years or older + Must have a high school diploma or GED and/or 2 years manufacturing or other high paced broader range of skills + Ability to work with a variety of hand tools and lift 20lbs + Ability to read, write, and speak English + Must have computer skills using Microsoft Office package + Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time + Ability to work in a hot environment + Must have 12-month experience in manufacturing or other high paced environments + Work history or resume must be attached to application **Preferred Qualifications** + Previous food safety, quality, or food manufacturing experience preferred + Previous Cargill experience + Work history in the past 12 months **Considered candidates will receive a phone call from a (952) area code.
