Position Highlights:

Employed position with Sentara Anesthesiology Specialists, a division of Sentara Medical Group.No nights, weekends, or holidaysCare Team Model and GI only.

Compensation and Benefits:

Annual base salary - $210,000 to $250,000+.Annual quality bonus up to $5,000/year.Commencement/Retention Bonus - $60k commencement bonus with $15k paid at the end of years 2 and 3.Annual CME allowance - $3,000.6 weeks paid annual leave/year.Comprehensive Benefits Package including health, dental, vision, short term/long term disability, life insurance, and two retirement plans with employer contributions.Sentara Student Debt Program - $10,000.Paid parental leave up to 4 weeks.PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness) eligible – Sentara is a not-for-profit organization.Plus, much more!
