Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking Kids Program Attendant | Full Time for the beautiful new Barton Creek Country Club!

Responsibilities Maintain active focus on all children, providing caring, energetic attention and consistent directionCommunicate clearly and supportively with parents regarding children’s needs, behavior, and related issuesComplete daily/weekly/monthly programs and activities planned for each level of childcare as defined for various programsAccurately complete procedures for registration, daily sign-in/out, cleanliness, and safetyClean and sanitize toys, equipment, and furniture within the childcare areasProvide feedback to management about improvements that could be made regarding programming, planning, organizing, and policiesWork as a team member with the Fun Squad to provide a high level of service to membersAttend all required meetings and staff trainings throughout the yearSMILE and provide a positive environment for all members, staff, and guestsMay be asked to perform other duties as assigned Qualifications

Qualifications:

Must enjoy working with children of all agesMust have flexibility with work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysMust be CPR/Child Infant and CPR/AED certified, or must obtain certification upon hireYearly Background Check

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift moderate weight (50-60 lbs)Must be willing to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions for extended periods of time

Working Environment:

Indoor Kid’s Club childcare facilityIndoor BallroomOutdoor with exposure to hot and cold temperaturesFrequent travel around property

Tools & Equipment:

 Microsoft Office Children’s play equipment
