Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY
This position provides general administrative support to Labor Managers. The incumbent performs other duties as assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Creates and maintains new tracking systems (with Access and Excel) to simplify filing and reporting processes.
• Generates disciplinary letters and delivers to multiple channels.
• Distributes necessary documents to local union and upper level managers.
• Files and organizes all Labor related documents.
• Prepares presentations and gathers documents for Labor cases.
• Arranges departmental events and monthly meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferences:
• Experience in development and maintenance of Access Database
• Advanced use of various software packages, including PDM/OBI and ability to quickly learn various business-related software systems
OTHER CRITERIA:
• This job is a grade 9.

Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $22.10/hr to $35.90/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
