EagleCrest is seeking Caregivers ( Resident Assistant / CNA / HHA / Nursing Assistant / Home Health Aide ) to join our team.

 

Salary $18.75+/hour based on experience

 

EagleCrest began as a partnership between PHS and Northwestern College in 1994. The prime location near Rosedale Mall offers easy access to Minneapolis and St. Paul as well as many other local conveniences and attractions.

 

Work every weekend schedules available with premium pay!

Hours available for either AM or PM shifts on weekends.Base pay available for weekdays starting at  $18.75  & TIME & A HALF base pay offered for working weekends for 6 months.
Required 16 hours per weekend and 6 month minimum commitment to weekend package hoursCan work double shifts Friday-Sunday to get to 4 -5 shifts weekly, or can add weekday shifts at their base rate for Full-Time benefit eligibility as available.

Responsibilities Perform ADL’s as scheduled and assist other Resident Assistants as needed while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.Monitor changes in Resident’s conditionTransferring and assisting residents with mobility using various methods (gait belt, mechanical lifts, etc.)Ensure residents are cared for with dignity. Qualifications Caregiving experience preferred but applicants without experience will still be considered.Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.Commitment to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays.Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
