FTC - Credit Controller

What you would do as our Credit Controller

As our Credit Controller you will be responsible for the management of debts for New Products and Service as well as ensuring cash collection is in line with the contracted terms. This exciting opportunity will allow you to showcase your interpersonal skills by establishing and maintaining good relationships, both internally and externally at all levels to help deliver a great service.

 

You would also:

• Ensure aged debt is reduced quickly and pro-actively.

• Help optimize cash-flow routines.

• Ensure Invoicing and statements are issued in a timely manner.

 

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:

• Has the ability to reconcile complex accounts and have excellent attention to detail.

• Is calm and confident at handling potentially uncomfortable conversations.

• Has an outstanding communication skills, including ability to communicate issues or solutions when identified.

• Can resolve queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices.

• Is competent in Microsoft Office products, Word and XL and accounting software with the ability to utilize Finance systems (M3, AS400) accurately and efficiently.
