The role will cover all generalist aspects of HR whilst specifically focusing on some hard-core area such as

• Learning & Development
QUALIFICATIONS/ KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE (TECHNICAL/ PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS COMPETENCY)
MBA/MSW degree or equivalent, with a substantial related experience or equivalent relevant experience.
Essential Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in an industrial environment in Multinational company (Desirable)
Very good knowledge of other functional/business areas across JM. P
Professional with broad and/or deep knowledge in own field of expertise requiring a command of diverse internal and external practices, theories, and sophisticated concepts.
Desirable Able to work in Matrix organization Desirable Workday Knowledge Desirable
