As a Fuel Accounting Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team with invoicing and daily report analysis while reconciling GL accounts and vendor statements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide Leadership to direct reports, including, but not limited to, hiring, training, and development Reconcile general ledger accounts Conduct account trend analysis Review store daily report analysis and make corrections if needed Manage and monitor teams’ invoice entries from vendors verifying the accuracy Oversee driver paperwork confirming delivery reports match and the fuel load is billed to the proper store location Communicate with stores and drivers to ensure accurate documentation Reconcile vendor payments
Qualifications: Education
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, preferred
Qualifications: Experience
3+ yrs. accounts payable experience Proficient in MS Office, including strong Excel skills

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $51.7K - $63.1K/ year + bonus DOE
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik/Kum&Go considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
