FUEL SERVICES TECHNICIAN

The Facilities Fuel Services Technician, serves as a pivotal position within the Facilities Team, offers maintenance support to our Convenience Stores Locations, for Fuel Systems related problems from a Helpdesk setting within our Corporate Office

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Promptly address fuel maintenance requests by offering technical support and troubleshooting to our Locations.Troubleshoot and guide general fuel repairs, service maintenance, and ordering.Manage work orders and maintain accurate records in the tracking system.Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency phone support and service while maintaining availability via company provided cell phone during on-call periods.Adhere to regular business hours when not on call.  This position is at the corporate office with no remote work capabilities.

NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Undertake special projects as assigned by the Supervisor.Handle invoice processing and administrative reporting for the Facilities Fuel Systems Services Team.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 

High school diploma or equivalent.Proficient in Basic Troubleshooting and Theory of Operation of the Trades e.g. Plumbing, Electrical and Technology Skills.Relevant experience in facility maintenance or a related field.Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

 

Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving recordAbility to obtain a State of Montana DEQ Class B or higher Operator License within 6 months of hire date.
