Process fuel information to meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines. Ensure all fuel deliveries, sales and ending inventory information is received and that all information keyed at store level is corrected. Monitor fuel shrink to ensure it is within guidelines, this requires a considerable amount of research and problem solving to ensure deadlines are met and division reporting is accurate. Process supplier and carrier invoices, research vendor statements and maintain liability reports for the division/stores. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
