Focus: The Fugitive Coordinator is responsible for maintaining environmental regulatory compliance pertaining to fugitive air emissions within a process area, ensuring Olin’s permit/license to operate. 


Fugitive Coordinator Essential Job Functions: Ensure timely repair, routine monitoring, and tracking of leaking components and any potential LDAR concerns/issues for further review  Maintain accuracy of Out of Service status, Difficult-to-Monitor (DTM), and Unsafe-to-Monitor (UTM) components and the Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), including but not limited to reviewing and updating P&IDs Manage the fugitive tags, any leaking components for Delay of Repair (DOR), and Open-Ended Line (OEL) program Participate in fugitive assessments, regulatory audits, and agency inspections; as needed, in Root Cause Analysis on any fugitive deviations to help prevent and avoid deviations Manage, review, and validate MOCs and their updates in a facility pertaining to fugitives Fugitive Coordinator Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree* in EHS or Quality preferred Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment; chemical or oil & gas industry experience preferred Ability to work independently on complex projects, manage conflicts, and provide resolution using a combination of technical skills, teamwork, and personal credibility Must be physically capable climbing stairs and fixed ladders, working outdoors for periods of time, and willing to wear necessary personal protective equipment Must have general knowledge of manual block valves, control valves, flanges, pumps, and line connectors (Does not need to know how to operate these components but does need to know how these components interact with the process to keep the chemicals in a steady state condition) Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred  Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and possess a valid US Driver's license
