Location: Everett, Massachusetts

The Fulfillment Admin. will contribute to the continuous success of the company’s fulfillment responsibilities as well as office administrator duties and play a vital role in maintaining the high standards that Lilly’s Fresh Pasta is known for.

Responsibilities:

• Processing Sales Orders and Work Orders
• Process Purchase Orders (direct and distributors) Send ACK via SPS NetSuite and EMAIL
• Communicate with 3PL to ensure all orders are fulfilled on time
• Fulfill Purchase Orders (direct and distributors) Bill Of Landing from warehouse to fulfill distributors and picking slips from driver to fulfill direct orders.
• Schedule, Create and Build Work orders
• Create invoices for walk in customer
• Receive payments from Credit Card payments
• Inventory Management
• Work closely with all buyers on any order change or updates to their order (add on, shipping dates, shortages, pricing, item codes)

Office Admin Duties:
• Greet and assist Walk-In Customers

• Create and close out walk-in customers orders
• Answer phones, forward messages, provide customer needed information
• Receive POs when needed
• Collect and sort through mail daily
• Communicate with Team Members in regards to information received in person on by phone

Desired Background/Skills:

• Professional and friendly customer service skills
• Prior experience in food manufacturing environment is an advantage
• Ability to lift heavy objects: 40 lbs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
• Detail oriented and able to follow through on tasks
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Ability to multitask
• Quick learner and forward thinker
• Ability to problem solve effectively

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Experience in SPS and EDI is an advantage
• Experience in Outlook, Teams and Microsoft Office is required.
• Experience in NetSuite WMS is an advantage
