The Opportunity
As the AGM, reporting to the site GM, you will drive productivity and service level improvements for a multi-shift, 24/7 high-volume distribution operation including receiving, stowing, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping and returns processing. You will lead the development of the management team and team members with a focus on career, readiness for increasing levels of responsibility and a positive work environment. Your leadership and ability to appreciate and work with all types and levels of people will result in a smooth-running operation and prepare you for larger roles within QVC.

Your Impact
Develop and implement short-term and long range goals and operational plans to achieve site goals, while maintaining or increasing site efficiency.Develop and implement daily staff planning and site adherence process to ensure organizational agreement.Review existing operation for improvements that can be made to promote cost reduction, increased speed and improved customer service.Ensure that orders and returns are processed according established standards of quality, efficiency and cost.Inventory accuracy as it relates to order fulfillment, including cycle count accuracy and picking, packing, and shipping accuracy.Lead projects to improve cost of transportation while ensuring high quality and speed of delivery in partnership with vendors and internal groups, including major capital and technology projects.Lead network wide projects to drive overall network improvement.Lead entire facility in the absence of the site GM and participating in network-wide or company-wide activities as a representative of the site and customer logistics.What You Bring
Demonstrated strategic thinking to best optimize resources and drive change to improve performance and service levels.Experience in budgeting, financial management and labor planning and optimization.Drive projects to drive cost savings and improve service to our customers through network and process improvements with our FCs, vendors and partners.BA or BS in Business, Logistics, or related field10+ years of progressively responsible experience, including people management, in a high volume e-commerce fulfillment, distribution operation, or 3PL operation.#LI-KW1, #LI-Onsite
