We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented contract Fulfillment Clerk to join our team on a one-month contract. Key Responsibilities + Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders ensuring all quality standards are met. + Inventory Management: Conduct inventory counts, manage stock levels, and assist in stock organization to maintain an efficient workflow. + Operations Support: Assist in receiving incoming shipments, checking quality, and restocking inventory in accordance with company standards. + Efficiency Optimization: Proactively identify and address inefficiencies or bottlenecks in the fulfillment process. + Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to meet daily fulfillment and shipping goals. + Quality Assurance: Ensure orders are processed correctly, and promptly communicate any discrepancies or delays to management. + Data Entry: Accurately log fulfillment details (e.g., order tracking, inventory updates) into the company’s system. + Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to the warehouse and fulfillment center. Requirements Qualifications & Skills + Proven experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or operations role preferred. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. + Excellent organizational and time-management skills. + Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. + Comfortable with physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds. + Familiarity with inventory tracking systems or tools is a plus. + Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools or systems used by the company.
