The Fulfillment Coordinator will provide administrative support to all managers. These responsibilities may include route monitoring, clerical duties, filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, assisting in driver training and onboarding documents for inexperienced drivers. Qualified candidates will have a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor.

Available Shift:

Monday - Friday: 6:00am -2:30pm Pay Rate: $19.50/HR

The successful candidate will:

Dispatch 3-5 drive teams throughout the day reviewing photos Complete required tasks in Microsoft Office systems (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Answer phones from customers and Home Depot stores. Prepping rescheduled customers to complete services Prep manifests for the following days routes Helping drivers with customer issues and transferring notes Calling customers with incomplete services to come to a resolution Be comfortable with logistics terminology Bilingual is a plus!
