The Inventory Coordinator will supervise inventory levels & needs (Can be rooms and/or tours based on business directive) This position requires you to be a local resident.

Key Responsibilities

Add, remove, or modify all inventory (rooms & tours) to maximize efficiencies. Answer & respond to phone calls and emails regarding availability, booking procedures, budget goals, or any needed assistance from other teams/partners.  Work with 3rd parties (including but not limited to internals & external partners)  Follow company policies, guidelines, and work instructions for efficiency.  Analyze, handle and forecast tour availability.  Back up support for the Inventory Supervisor and the QA Team.  Develop a strong relationship with the different tour site contacts.
