About the Role
This position is responsible for providing day-to-day business support for the Global Customer Fulfillment (GCF) business functions. The role will primarily support the LexisNexis Canada business unit. Activities include but are not limited to daily operations processing with focus on accuracy and achieving a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the order process in an accurate and timely manner for customer contracts to include the following: processing the agreement, providing required documents, tracking orders until finalized, and reconciling any orders that need correction
Provide support for the following: changes in processes, contract processing, evolving SOPs & system changes
Liaison with other departments such as sales, sales operations, customer support, legal, pricing, credentialing, credit management, etc. to problem solve both internal and external customer issues
Help to quickly resolve customer issues and identify root cause, including invoicing issues to ensure data, billing and invoicing accuracy for accounts globally
Identify customer needs and provides a high level of customer satisfaction. This may include communication and correspondence to customers
Support, drive and communicate GCF’s goals, objectives, and value statement by managing the workload efficiently, effectively, and accurately across all segments
Support the direction of the business and GCF holistically by demonstrating flexibility, adaptability and being able to see the big picture
Requirements
Have a completed qualification in supply chain/ warehousing/ retail
Experience on a CRM system
3 years + experience in the processing of orders
Must have worked with physical/ tangible products
Demonstrate an eye for detail and a quality oriented focus
Be able to communicate influentially and effectively to a range of audiences, including senior stakeholders
Be a natural, innovative problem solver, able to collaborate with your team to resolve issues
Must be prepared to work in a hybrid work environment and in accordance with UK working hours
