Job Description SummaryFulfillment initiative Leader has end-to-end view over the order fulfillment process, from order receiving and processing all the way through delivery. Fulfillment initiative Mgr’s goal should be to drive orders fulfilled as quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively as possible.

The role is highly collaborative in nature, as Fulfillment initiative Leader works closely with Field engineer, sales, customer solution, planning team, warehouse staff, carriers, manufacturers, local source & local repair team, logistics directors, and other team members to ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations are met.

Job DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIESBeing responsible for order fulfillment activities, coordinating global solution as well as local solution.Manage relationships with various internal customers and work cross-functionally across the organization.Coordinates an appropriate response to unplanned events. Supports the execution of customer orders, in coordination with relevant stakeholders.Tracking & analyzing order to delivery, w2w cycle time, deep dive opportunities in order fulfillment to meet operational goals.Continuous improvement - Leads cross-functional initiatives for optimizing customer on-time delivery, lead-time, inventory turns and forecast accuracy.Uses Lean / Six Sigma tools whenever applicable. Collaborates with other units in the end-to-end supply chain.QUALIFICATIONSThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, project management, and continuous improvement methodologies.Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent.A strong customer-oriented focus, Multitasking capabilities, and actions oriented with a systematic and structured approach.Proven track record of analytical, interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills.Demonstrated ability to improve on time delivery, lead time and cost.  Strong communication skills in English, ability to work with different cultures in a matrix organization.Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge and application of continuous improvement methods such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen.
