Our client, a prominent logistics company in East Hanover, NJ, is seeking a Fulfillment Lead to join their team. In this vital role, you will ensure the efficient and accurate processing of orders within a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth fulfillment processes.Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy in stock management.Supervise and mentor a team of fulfillment associates.Coordinate shipping logistics to optimize delivery efficiency.Process orders accurately and efficiently.Schedule shipments with carriers and generate shipping labels.Inspect products for damage or defects prior to shipping.
