Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician
Hiring for Fulfillment Pharmacy TechnicianJob Description

This position is open to anyone in the health field, customer service, pharmacy technician trainees, certified pharmacy technicians, or pharmacy technicians with an expired license. The role involves providing high-quality customer service and compassionate care to patients, processing live insurance claims, and assisting with copay assistance. The job offers a pay rate of $16.50/hr to $18.00/hr, with potential raises upon permanent hiring.

ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and occasional outbound callsProvide strong interpersonal and customer service skillsCommunicate effectively and compassionately with patientsProcess live insurance claimsMake outbound and inbound calls to insurance companies, clinics, doctor staff, patients, and caregiversAssist with copay assistanceInvestigate the status of patient orders and reschedule deliveries if necessaryInput new insurance information for the new yearManage a high volume of calls, averaging 300 calls per day between all agentsAdditional Skills & QualificationsMinimum of 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician is preferred but not requiredAbility to handle high call volume and maintain efficiencyStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAPPLY SOON!!!Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr.
