This position requires the ability to work quickly and safely to handle customer material within the warehouse and to ensure accurate processing from facility to facility. 

Responsibilities: 
**Experience with a handheld scanner and inventory processing is preferred** Process Inventory Fulfillment, Inquiry Fulfillment, Custom Kit Assembly, and/or receipts of inventory in compliance with all Iron Mountain procedures and standards. Capable of working in one or more departments. 

● Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all duties 
● Clearly and accurately recording information on documents and in software applications 
● Regularly lifting and carrying items that weigh up to 51 lbs. Regularly reaching for items that weigh up to 51 lbs and lifting them to and from shoulder height 
● Operating and completing certification for forklift, order picker, turret truck, and other lift equipment 
● Operating small machines including pallet jacks, scales, folders, inserters, cutters, binders, etc 
● Using tools including box cutters, tape guns, dispensers, staplers, etc
 ● Loading, unloading, and pushing/pulling a cart or pallet (with jack) weighing up to 1500 lbs 
● Stuffing and sealing envelopes, building boxes, collating material, inserting material, and preparing material for shipment 
● Processing incoming material for receipt into inventory 
● Input data into Iron Mountain applications 
● Performs all other duties as assigned 

Qualification: 
● PIT Experience including Turret Truck, Forklift, and Reach Truck 
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
● Reading, understanding, and following written and verbal instructions in English is a preferred requirement 

Please note: There is a No eating or drinking policy in the warehouse Dress Code: - Please wear a face mask - MUST wear safety toe shoes - Please dress warmly. The warehouse environment is not climate controlled. - No torn or ripped clothing, no jewelry, no fake nails 

NOTICE: You will be required to take a quick 5-panel drug screen upon arrival. The drug testing process should only take 15 minutes, and the test will only be administered on your first day working at the job site. Please note that if you DO NOT pass the drug screen you will be asked to leave and will not be paid for the day.
