Fulfillment Specialist
Job Title: Fulfillment SpecialistJob Description - Perform daily tasks such as labeling, recording, maintaining records, copying, printing, and other similar duties using appropriate computer programs. - Label kits with patient information and ensure accuracy before shipping to the customer. - Fulfill mail orders and maintain productivity standards. - Pull the right product for the right customer and ensure the correct label is on the box. - Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA laws. - Enter data and order information using Excel, understanding basic functions like cut/paste. - Manage, coordinate, and fulfill customer orders from Medicare & Medicaid services. - Act as a key resource to sales as the Subject Matter Expert on order fulfillment processing. - Identify and help implement enhancements to order management processes and tools. - Partner with other functions to resolve or escalate issues preventing on-time order fulfillment. - Track all orders via delivery software. - Process customer orders and verify accuracy via HERO. - Prepare outgoing mail for delivery by mail carriers. - Use scanning equipment to gather information about packages. - Create shipping labels for outgoing packages. Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. Work Environment SHORT TERM CONTRACT - Looking for candidates to start ASAP for a 4-week contract during busy season. Bonus incentives currently available. Schedule: 6:00am-2:30pm with possible adjustments to 7:00am-3:30pm or 8:00am-4:30pm if needed. M-F. Cubical business casual environment. Healthcare company dealing with sensitive patient information. HIPAA training provided. All contractors are allotted 5 PTO days after 30 days, plus paid holidays.
