Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Fulfillment Specialist based in Rocky Hill, Connecticut. Operating within the Payroll Services industry, the chosen candidate will be entrusted with the assembly of payroll packages and ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution equipment. Responsibilities: • Assemble payroll packages in accordance to client specifications. • Ensure timely delivery of payroll packages to meet quality and production timeline expectations. • Carry out all package confirmations and checklists to track and secure package flow and location. • Adhere to security and audit procedures as dictated by company policy to safeguard client information. • Document and escalate any issues to relevant parties to avoid missing or incorrect output. • Manage the upkeep of all distribution equipment, including routine cleaning and user maintenance. • Arrange packaging supplies as required to maintain production readiness. • Multi-task efficiently without compromising the quality or integrity of the package. • Utilize basic computer skills for various tasks. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in payroll procedures and policy application • Solid understanding of payroll systems and quality control • Familiarity with 'About Time' software is a plus • Proven experience in a production environment, preferably within the payroll services industry • Strong awareness and application of security protocols, particularly within a payroll context • Experience with confirmations and handling of missing invoices • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Knowledge of packaging components within payroll services is advantageous • Ability to develop and implement audit plans • Familiarity with using checklists to ensure thorough task completion • Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in writing short correspondence related to payroll inquiries and issues.
