Job Description Summary
This position’s primary responsibility is to manage all customer sample and consumer service fulfillment processes for Lamb Weston. Within this role, you will provide support to Quality Assurance, Production Plants, Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing and Consumer & Customer Affairs. There will be Technical, Physical and Managerial components with Customer Experience and Safety being paramount.
Job Description
Process customer sample fulfillment requests: order products from local warehouses, transfer products from remote warehouses, prepare cases with dry ice and labeling, coordinate pickup, delays and any issues with couriers and enter shipment information within SharePointProcess all consumer affairs fulfillment requests, including coupon, FM/product retrievals, and sales/marketing campaign shipmentsCollaborate with Lamb Weston Trade Team on providing necessary information and coordination of international sample shipmentsCreation of all QA Department Purchase Orders and entry of all department invoices within SAPManagement of temporary employees and QA Fulfillment Clerk, including morning strategy meetings and end of day summariesInventory incoming and outgoing products appropriately for freezer storageCollaborate with warehouses on transfer ordersMaintain current SharePoint Shipping Request site and Salesforce fulfillment processesGenerate and analyze regular reports on shipping volume, costs, and inventoryMaintain, report and coordinate storage and ordering of all shipping supplies to eliminate runoutsProvide backup for all Customer and Internal cuttings and trainings, Quality Assurance checks and shipment processes during department absencesCreate and audit all procedures related to Sample Fulfillment DepartmentTrain all backups and stakeholders on all related procedures at regular cadenceBasic & Preferred Qualifications
Education/ Certifications:
4-year college degree preferredSkills and Experience:
5 years related experience in Shipping, Quality Assurance, Restaurant Operations and/or Manufacturing is highly preferredCustomer Experience or Service Experience is a plusManagerial and Strong Leadership Skills requiredStrong Work Ethic and Employment History requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills are essentialIntermediate to Advanced PC Skills must include Windows, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and OutlookExperience with Salesforce and/or Lamb Weston software systems and processes a plusComfortability reporting and speaking in front of an audienceMust be highly organized, efficient, and results-driven in your day-to-day workPhysical Environment/Demands:

A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is: $67,480.00 - $101,200.00
