Fulfillment Specialist
Job Title: Fulfillment SpecialistJob Description As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for performing daily tasks such as labeling, assembling kits by hand, recording, maintaining records, copying, printing, and other similar duties utilizing appropriate computer programs. This job will mostly consist of labeling kits with patient information and ensuring the kit is correct before shipping out to the customer. You will fulfill mail orders and keep up with productivity standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA laws. Additionally, you will enter data, manage, coordinate, and fulfill customer orders, and become a key resource to sales as the Subject Matter Expert on order fulfillment processing. Responsibilities + Label kits with patient information and ensure correctness before shipping. + Fulfill mail orders and meet productivity standards. + Pull the right product for the right customer and ensure correct labeling. + Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA laws. + Enter data and order information, working with Excel. + Manage, coordinate, and fulfill customer orders from Medicare & Medicaid services. + Identify and help implement enhancements to order management processes and tools. + Partner with other functions to resolve issues preventing on-time order fulfillment. + Track all orders via delivery software. + Process customer orders and verify accuracy via HERO. + Prepare outgoing mail for delivery by mail carriers. + Use scanning equipment to gather information about packages. + Create shipping labels for outgoing packages. You will work in an open concept office space, sitting at long tables with the option to sit or stand while assembling kits. You may listen to music, but phone usage is strictly prohibited as it is a major violation. Attendance and communication are very important in this role. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
