Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Fulfillment Specialist in the Financial Services industry. This role is based in Rocky Hill, Connecticut, and focuses on assembling payroll packages for delivery and maintaining high standards of client service. Responsibilities include: • Assembling and preparing payroll packages for delivery in accordance with client specifications. • Ensuring the timely completion of all package confirmations and checklists to maintain accurate tracking and secure package flow. • Adhering to all security and audit procedures to safeguard client information. • Reporting and escalating issues promptly to prevent missing or incorrect output. • Maintaining the readiness of all distribution equipment through regular cleaning and user maintenance. • Staging packaging supplies as necessary to ensure production readiness. • Demonstrating a strong ability to multi-task without compromising the quality or integrity of packages. • Utilizing computer skills for various tasks such as processing customer credit applications. • Following strict procedures and policies to ensure a seamless operation. • Handling the physical requirements of the role, including standing for long periods and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. Requirements • Proficiency in payroll procedures and policies • Familiarity with quality assurance protocols • Experience with 'About Time' software is desirable • Understanding of production and security principles • Ability to handle confirmations and missing invoices efficiently • Strong computer skills are essential • Knowledge of packaging components • Experience in creating and implementing audit plans • Ability to create and follow checklists for various tasks • Proven ability to multitask effectively • Capable of writing clear, concise short correspondence • Knowledge of payroll services industry and its best practices is a plus.
