Job Description:
We are currently seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as production teammate. As a production associate you will be responsible for ensuing product quality following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) throughout the processing process in our one of our packaging or assortment department. This is a crucial role in our production process, as it directly impacts the quality and timeliness of our shipments.
Work Experience
Main Job Responsibilities:
Sorting and inspecting products according to specified criteria, including size, color, type, and quality.Operating sorting machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.Packaging sorted items into designated containers or packaging materials.Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the sorting area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.Monitoring inventory levels and reporting any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.Following all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality control standards.Collaborating with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.Participating in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives as required.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Willingness to adhere to safety regulations and procedures at all times.
