Fulfillment Technician I
CTG is seeking to fill a **Fulfillment Technician I** opening for our client in Durham, NC. **Location:** Durham, NC **Duration:** 12 months+, with possibility for extension Work hours are M-F 9:45am-6:30pm **Overview:** Responsible for fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Primary duties will include picking items from inventory shelves, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment according to company standards and shipping guidelines. **Duties:** + Pick, pack, and ship orders using a RF scanner. + Oracle AE Order Management and maintain accurate records throughout all Oracle responsibilities. + Assist in weekly cycle counts in addition to any job functions required by management including sorting product/materials, stacking finished goods, and loading trucks. + Actively maintain warehouse organization by policing shipping area; removing cardboard from racks and isles; sweeping floors; and swapping broken pallets. + Participate in special projects where required. + Assist in maintaining a clean and neat work environment. **Physical Demands:** + Lifting up to 50 lbs. without assistance + Standing/Walking activities are encountered during 90% of the normal work day + Stooping/Bending/Squatting activities are encountered on a frequent basis + Reaching activities are conducted on a frequent and repetitive basis throughout the work day + An individual may be required to perform twisting activities, dependent on the type of position he need to place himself in while performing his/her job duties Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
