Bluestem Brands is seeking Wave Coordinator - Nights for our Eatonton, GA Distribution Center.

JOB SUMMARY

A Wave Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and controlling the waves to optimize efficiencies within the Fulfillment Center.  Also responsible for ensuring all orders are being waved properly and that work is being completed in the proper order.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate activities for Operations in order to maximize and maintain flow. Prepare the start of day plan and communicates to leadership before start of shift. Prepare end of shift reports and sends to leadership via email. Work with Picking and Packing departments to monitor and control waves to optimize efficiencies. Initiate immediate adjustments in order to avoid negative impact on other fulfillment departments. Monitor work assignments through PKMS to ensure proper orders are being processed. Research aging orders and fills/ships any missing units. Maintain Excel files. Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment. Intermediate computer skills in Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
