**Fulfillment Zone Lead** **Description** * Assist in running assigned zone for all materials and area assigned\. * Conduct morning start up meetings to emphasize safety, set goals, and communicate weekly work plans in zone\. * Train and provide guidance to hourly employees within a zone of operation\. * Manage fulfillment needs of daily production schedules and any schedule revisions for materials within zones of responsibility\. * Participate in monthly safety audits and implement solutions based on identified gaps\. * Track and input of metrics for assigned zone\. * Assist team members with troubleshooting and problem\-solving issues\. * Assist in identifying areas of improvement and support proper implementation\. * Ensure all company supplied tools and equipment used are properly stored at the end of each shift by reviewing daily inspection sheets for vehicles and PIT equipment\. * Execute and maintain acceptable performance standards for fulfillment, quality, safety, and housekeeping\. **Qualifications** * Education: High School Diploma or GED required\. * Years of Experience: 2 or more years of experience required, experience in warehouse environment required\. * Software knowledge: MRP, SAP, WMS, YMS, and Microsoft experience preferred\. **EEO Statement** Textron is committed to providing Equal Opportunity in Employment, to all applicants and employees regardless of, race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, military status, veteran status, handicap, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information or any other characteristic protected by law\.
