If you answered a resounding YES to these questions, then we have an amazing opportunity for you!   **Location of position** : _Lisle, IL or Allen, TX._ **JOB DUTIES** As our  **Full Chain Quality Mana** **ger** **– Modernization,** you will successfully analyze, problem-solve and collaborate to ensure that objectives are completed by performing the required duties while working with your customers and colleagues. Your mission is to promote a positive culture by accomplishing safety and quality goals to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable business results. You will bring 3+ years in supply chain quality / continuous improvement, 5+ years in project management to KONE. You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor’s degree (engineering or similar) or 8+ years experience within quality or continuous improvement/relevant fields. **Additional Responsibilities:** + Ensure that Full Chain (FT) Continual Improvement Teams (CIT) are operating effectively on local and on area level. Direct connection with all key FC stakeholders + Facilitates and contributes to the development of Full Chain Quality in collaboration with Areas, Front Lines and key stakeholders such as tribes + Conduct on-site analysis to ensure compliance with system and procedures including: 5S audits, critical site follow up (FYCOR, FBR, COR), pilot validation, and problem solving. + Monitor the progress and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions that are being logged within the organization and provide direction and support where needed + Promotes and develops proactive Quality culture, actively communicates the importance of Quality and engage the organization + Working in alignment with FC stakeholders to coordinate batch & retrofit issues root cause analysis, solution providing and tracking of improvement actions effectiveness (i.e. Containment Actions) + Early engage in selected high-profile delivery projects, facilitate that proactive quality actions are planned and completed. The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. We will also consider candidates in the following areas.
