Description We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Tustin, California. This role involves overseeing a variety of financial transactions, maintaining extensive records, and managing both the accounts receivable and payable functions. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will also be involved in the processing of payroll and profit sharing documents, as well as providing administrative support when necessary. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the processing of payroll, including reviewing time clock entries and submitting necessary reports to payroll provider • Maintain and process accounts receivable, including verifying and processing contracts and managing overdue accounts • Oversee accounts payable, including reviewing and processing invoices for payment • Prepare and submit financial documents such as profit and loss statements, cash balance reports, and financial analysis reports • Facilitate the processing of profit sharing documents as directed • Manage and maintain accurate financial records and documents for audits • Provide administrative support to the President and board members as required • Assist with company-wide IT questions and monitor, add, and remove employee access to security alarm system • Monitor and order office supplies as needed • Assist with processing and managing employee documents and files. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required. • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is essential. • Expertise in using Computerized Accounting Systems is necessary. • Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC) is a must. • Competency in Microsoft Excel is needed. • Ability to handle all Accounting Functions is critical. • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is important. • Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is required. • Ability to prepare and manage an Annual Budget is necessary. • Proficiency in Cash Flow Analysis is crucial.
