Full Charge Bookkeeper
**Now Hiring** **Full Charge Bookkeeper** **100% onsite in Loveland, CO** **Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM** **$28-$29HR - DOE** General Statement of Duties: This position serves as a full-charge bookkeeper as well as a liaison between housing, accounting, and other authorities that we serve. **Job Functions:** + Maintains balancing sets of books for each Entity/ fund providing journal entry support as needed. + Responsible for Capital Projects tracking and reporting including financial reports design, maintenance, and reconciliation. + Detailed understanding of Accounts Payable process and Accounts Receivable process. + Responsible for the accounting functions for development projects. Prepare construction development draws and reserve replacement draws, financial reporting including compiling back up documentation for all development costs and sources of funds. + Reconcile and verify information related to general ledger account balances, revenues, and expenditures. + Works closely with the Housing Department to ensure correct and accurate posting to the general ledger for rents, and tenant-related charges. + Process AR portfolio through posting to general ledger and month end reconciliation + Identify, record, and reconcile various monthly accruals and review prepaid accounts. + Design efficient accounting processes and internal controls for accounting in coordination to streamline processes for efficiencies. + Ensures accounting system follows GAAP, GASB, Nonprofit, state and local laws and regulatory requirements. + Experience in ERP or other financial system implementation for an organization. **Education and/or Experience:** + Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred. + Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience relevant to the essential job functions with three (3) years supervisory experience. + An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may substitute for education requirement on a year-for-year basis. + Public sector experience recommended. \#CB #p1 As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
